Overview: Meditation is the process of quieting the mind in order to spend time in thought for relaxation. The goal is to attain an inner state of awareness and intensify personal and spiritual growth. Modern yoga is most commonly associated with the physical practice of asana, a series of postures often weaved together to build strength and stamina, to improve flexibility, coordination and balance, and to relax the body.

Overview: This course provides the knowledge and skills necessary to prevent, recognize, and respond to aquatic emergencies. It also prepares students for aquatic emergencies by teaching them how to protect themselves around water.
